California Almond Growers Survey

Surveys were distributed to 1800 randomly-selected California alomnd growers, and 540 growers responded (30%). The information, summarized here in a series of charts, presents grower practices and concerns with respect to tree nutrition, fertilization, tissue sampling, use of UC critical values, irrigation practice, including fertigation, and future practices.

Grower Demographics Age of almond growers. Generations that growers' families have grown almonds. Counties in which the growers have almond production. Total acres per county in almond production by combined growers. Total acres in each almond tree age range.
